Let him go, Gertrude: —This is one of many implied stage directions in Shakespeare's plays. It's apparent that Queen Gertrude has put a hand on Laertes because she's afraid he is about to attack her husband, the King.  do not fear our person: i.e., don't be afraid that I will be harmed.
