Act 1, Scene 5, line 201.

Note to Twelfth Night, 1.5.201, "time of moon"

The phases of the moon were thought to affect a person's mental state. The wrong phase could even drive a person mad, and this idea is the source of the word "lunatic," which ultimately derives from the Latin word for moon, luna. Thus Olivia is saying "I'm not such a lunatic as to engage in a dialogue with a madman."
