Twelfth Night,
Act 3, Scene 4, lines 21-24.

Note to Twelfth Night, 3.4.21-23, "if it please the eye of one, it is with me as the very true sonnet is, "Please one, and please all."

Malvolio means that if he pleases Olivia he has, as far as he is concerned, pleased the whole world, because she is the only one in the whole world that he wants to please. However, Malvolio apparently doesn't know that the phrase "Please one, and please all," is from a bawdy ballad, published in 1592.
