Much Ado About Nothing,
Act 1, Scene 1, line 197.
hath not the world one man but he will wear his cap with suspicion?: i.e., is there no man in the world who will not stay unmarried? —A common jest was that any married man was likely to become a cuckold and sprout horns. Therefore any married man will "wear his cap with suspicion" because he will suspect that he is about to acquire horns.
